That's not a direct feed screenshot, but a photo of someone's TV...
Somehow they look retouched compared to the videos out.

If you've got time and can be bothered... what gives it away? In fact is there something that gives it away or do you just happen to know (perhaps from the original source?)?
Offscreen camera pics distort and exaggerate in-game lighting. They dont magically increase texture detail however.
True but downscaled pictures/photos make everything look more detailed/sharper.
what makes you think they havent improved the textures already in their latest build? Not saying its different design but looking at those 2 screenshots in fullsize its quite a large difference in detail pronunciation.
Another screenshot:
I've noticed a strange sound when aiming. I came to realize this was the clicking of the L3 or R3 button. DO NOT LIKE.
Please let me map the controls, PLEASE.

Your basing that on a postcard size offscreen image vs a fullsize grab? Both having the same texture... its really like with textures, a 512*512 texture will look better on a small surface than on a large surface (downscaled vs native). It snice either way though.
What I found most interesting in those vidoes was how the gunplay, or the gun movements, still were slow, but the gameplay was faster then I had expected. Some really heavy playtesting seems to have happened there!
This doesn't seem to be from a TV, as almost all TV grabs add a lot of blue to the game, but this one seems to have its true colours. I had not noticed the texture improvements earlier! I didn't know they were so good !
