and much more but too lazy to do

They need to figure things out with Frostbite and that pop-in, those trees look horrible imo. And it's the same problem in NFS as well, very close distance pop-in. Or if you can't fix it, at least let us modify it or extend it on PC, the Ultra settings for LOD on PC were disappointing.

Horrible?

Yes, just pay attention to the trees in motion. When pop-in is that distracting it is a problem. And it's not isolated to Battlefront, NFS is the same deal (entire buildings popping left and right) so i am thinking it's the engine. Pop-in was my single biggest complaint from playing Battlefront on PC visually, i could see things popping 4-5 meters away from my character when on foot.

I've rematched a bunch of the clips linked above, and I just don't see it. There was one tree that I thought transitioned into some lod change, but there were branches falling from it, so I think it was just hit by something.

Off-topic, but the last-gen console version of Crysis 1 was actually severely downgraded, so that wasn't really much of an accomplishment. :p

PC Crysis's foliage density is much higher than what we see in Battlefront. The 360 downgraded version is actually a much closer match.

Crysis 3 on the 360 is even denser:

By the way, this is the type of pop-in that i am talking about. And it's not limited to trees unfortunately, everything from ground detail, rocks, foliage pops in a similar way (at least in the beta). It's one major annoyance in an otherwise stellar looking game.

I find it utterly ludicrous that you are comparing the graphics of Crysis on the Xbox 360 to Star Wars Battlefront. Please stop it.
As the evidence shows, it's a perfectly valid comparison. It's not my fault if that hurts your feelings.

Vegetation in Battlefront is nothing impressive, specially considering the harsh LOD pointed out by Clukos. Is it even destructible? Crysis 1's is.

But it's your opinion. Not a fact...

i think since BFBC2 bungie keep downgrading their destruction in every release. So probably the trees will be solid undestructible object on Battlefront. or they will selective destruction.

If you disagree in some specific way, elaborate.

But you didn't give a lot of arguments to support your point.

I think vegetation is far more realistic in Battlefront. My only complaint is the LOD issue.

I don't care if Crysis's foliage density is higher : i prefer quality over quantity.
