Based on what they've previously stated I don't think that's the case. Here's the same scenario played out differently (from yesterday's TGAs).

hmm sony asia announced the PS4 limited 20th edition is more expensive 200 dollar than normal PS4 here... weird. It should have the same price as normal ps4 right?

It comes with a camera, stand, controller and console but it matters not they've already sold out according to the internet. You can but one on eBay for $15,000 though if you like lol
