Kimi getting karma finally for rear-ending Alonso last year, not getting away with it this time with Perez.
Perez does the usual and ruins everyone elses race by stupid moves (sure, cut sharply ahead of someone, that's np, but you don't brake miles before you should when you have clear track in front!)
Kimi never rear-ended Alonso last year, you're apparently confusing Alonso forcing Kimi out from track and then making sure Kimi's wing would hit his rear tyre if he wanted back on the track to rear-ending.

Probably this damage didn't cost any time or negligible portion of it anyway...
Hasn't it been shown over and over already that any damage to Red Bull front wings just makes the cars run faster?
Also, Boullier was apparently tricked into admitting that Kimi won't be driving Lotus next season:

Really? Do you have any technical explanation and analysis to support this claim?
It was meant as half a joke, but at least in case of Webber his laptimes have just improved after slight damage to front wing in several races during the past season or two (meaning they improve immediately, not just because fuel load goes down every lap) based on the commentary on the broadcasts (who have nice display for laptimes)

According to finnish F1-site, which was worlds first to break news that Kimi would have a deal with Ferrari already on 1st of August, is now saying that unlike usually Kimi & Ferrari's deal was never about the money - they agreed on that very early on. The little details, mainly about outside the actual racing part, were the ones they had to fight for according to their source.
Apparently also, in the contract, they've agreed that it's up to Kimi when they'll release news on the contract, but Ferrari gets to decide how they do it (Big press? Just notification on website? Whatever else they want?). Also Kimi slipped in an clause saying that he doesn't have to be there when it's released.
All this of course is assuming that their source is right and that the deal actually exists.

Re: Nissan and Renault - I know that but Renault want their brand up front, because it is actually they who are making the engines.
Re: Massa - well, there we have it. Massa is still a hero in my book for how he reacted to losing the WDC in 2008. If Williams were to lose the Venezuelan money, they could do well with Massa instead of Crashdonado.
I still have a hope that Hulkenberg will go to Ferrari, but if it's Räikkönen, I wonder what Alonso will do.
