Hopefully the event will focus on Neo, I have no idea how they can "unveil" anything about the slim now, other than the price which takes like 5 seconds after the long preamble....

Even if the Slim was a complete unknown, what is there to say other than here is a revised, smaller, cheaper PlayStation model. Like every previous generation before when they were just revealed with little fanfare. I expect them to mention it but not overly dwell on it. It's just another PlayStation 4. Fuck the PlayStation 4, that's so 2013. What's new, Sony!?! Tell us! TELL US NOOAAAW!

Wow they edited out the struggle of prying the plastic.

Seriously. That thing is stubborn as heck.

It's not edited out, we can hear the loud click when he pulls it.

It's much easier once you know in which direction to pull both corners, instead of trying random things not being sure you forgot a screw or something. Which I was obviously doing for 10 minutes the first time I dismantled a PS4.

Very unlike Sony not to support a fancy optical format. But then Sony not acting like Sony is why Sony is presently doing so well, so perhaps we should expect Sony to not be Sony-like these days?

Seems pretty clear they want to wrap all that fancy stuff (4k, HDR(?), UHD Blu Ray) you get in Xbox S in Neo, for better or worse.

Well for one the Neo release date is much closer, where S has to last a full year on shelves by itself.
