RAM amount is pretty basic, and the leaks are wrong. Only thing from the leaks confirmed so far is x86.

Rubbish, 8 core x86 CPU, nearly 2TF GPU and the 176GB/s of bandwidth were all in the leaks.

Only thing that wasn't was the memory amount, but even then there was some talk of an increase to 8 GB - which most people baulked at due to the cost.

But memory is something that can be changed, GPU and CPU, less so.

Not if you're hitting the limit of memory module sizes. But they really did go to 256bit membus, expensive.

What can they exactly show? That was a viable option when rumored PS machine was 4GB and no Kinect like device, but now since they bumped it up to 8 gigs of very fast RAM and camera is confirmed situation is completely different.

What the hell are you on about? The leaks have been perfect so far except the amount of memory has been doubled and even that was hinted at. Plus the way he made such a big deal about announcing 8GB makes me think it was a pretty late decision, likely in response to MS.
