This is not a trend. Sanyo said last year that they would likely be selling blue laser OPUs to both camps. They control 40% of the OPU market for a reason. Anyway Sanyo is a Managing member of the HD DVD Promotion Group and will only be making HD DVD players/recorders. They will sell the blue laser OPUs as an OEM nothing more.
