Dude, try Network Settings > Internet Connection Setting then Internet Connection Test.
That also helped me.

Man the beginning was really something alright, my eyes felt wet somehow. Loving this game so far.
A few reviews commented on the impressive opening so I had high expectations and it still exceeded them. Wow.
Game save shows me having 46% completion (I'm in P****b****) and it just gets better and better. I feel my obsessive Fallout 3 and New Vegas instincts are a definite help, though it feels wrong not to be able to get pilot lights from stoves.
My own criticism is not being able to carry more stuff, particularly ammo. I'm a real hoarder and tactically efficient with my stuff.
Forgot all my keys right in the middle of a situation.

I think equip load is just right. I didn't realize shiv is so important and scarce in the wild. Wish I had saved it only for absolute emergency.

The voice acting in this game is the best I've seen... really makes the story that much better.

Yeah, astounding. Maybe Laa-Yosh can explain if they use the QD tec or the 343 tec for facial animations?
all facial animation are hand craft I believe. Lots of the animation too are mostly hand craft like previous uncharted games, only cut scene is mo capped.

Went to sleeo at 54% , got up 7 hours later : paused at 54.80% ! Theres no way it can get better than this, can it ?
One thing I have noticed, as I scuttle like a frightened new born through the decayed wreckage of suburban America, is that though every house has a TV of varying size. Not one house has a console - Xbox or PS3... Is this the future ND has seen for us? We stop gaming and, as a consequence, are either terribly unprepared for a Z day or we just get that bored we get infected for the kicks?
This is why a DD present is just wishful thinking, it takes me 2 or 3 days to download a couple of Gb. I wouldn't even attempt anything above that. Unless it was a torrent and I could fire and forget for a week or so!
Damn, that sucks. Did you try to reset the Network connection on your PS3?

Finished my third play session, 13.5h in. I don't want to, but I take a break at this point...three days in a row were I play through the whole night, it is close to 3am now and...lol, I feel that I am getting old!
I can't wait to continue playing tomorrow...what a game!

Of course they have chucked the consoles. Who needs virtual zombies when there are "live" ones running around ? The consoles were probably the first thing they threw to distract them monsters.

hurray the pre ordered disc has come and my friend willing to lend me his PS3 tomorrow. awesome.
There's a PS3 at the beginning of the game tho.
