Started playing today, so far so good, but unplayable until they fix that autosave bug. Such a shame, Naughty Dog are talented devs, but they can't sort out saving in their games. Uncharted 2 also ruined my game save and I lost few hours of gameplay.

My internet connection kinda craps out on me once every 2 hours anway, so I probably should be fine.
Autosave issue fixed. No patch required. Relaunch the game and it should work.

wth have their servers to do with game saving single player game .... bloody statistics probably, just like in GT5 which is known for quicker navigation in menus when console is off-line.

My guess is the NTP server. They use it to sync the game's time if you're online. Good that they have fixed it.
Just started playing. Pretty intense so far, the beginnings a real 'UP' moment...

Yeah, I did not expect this.
I am now 9h in. Save game says that I have completed 50% of the game.
Game is a blast so far. Very intense!

That percentage isn't reflective of the time, I guess. It must be counting collectibles you didn't find etc.
Someday I will also play it. ND ruined the launch for me. Can't believe this situation. Had it been a normal psn donwload, I would be with you guys playing the awesome ness this weekend.

I wonder why does the download requires psn sign in? That is what causing all the trouble, I am aunable to leave the download un attended as it puases every now and then. I cN't sit at the ps3 while it downloads.

cant you just torrent the game and copy it manually to PS3?
i think it was ace combat DLC or something, many years ago. as long as the gamertag have access, it works. (xbox 360, i dont remember it need to be resigned or not)

Heh heh, almost everyone playing TLoU on my friends list.
In general, game is not as polished as the Uncharted series, many rough edges here and there.
But I like it so far, better than Unlimited-pirates-charted.
Need to work on stuff now. 18% completed. Will continue later.
EDIT: They need to port this game to PS4.

Changed my net plan to 2mbps one to get some bandwidth back. Downloading now, hopefully, if it doesn't get paused again, will be playing by tonight.

Connected via ethernet cable now. Was on wifi earlier. Lets see how smooth it goes.
Edit: same issue. Even after renewing my net plan and connectiing it via a wire, i am still getting the same crawling speed on this installer, while iget full speed on everything else.
My last of Us is doomed ......
Edit 2: yyup ! Left it at 41% came back after 2 hours to find it stuck at 42% and paused. Press x to sign in and download. ! Why ND why !

Triangle to grab then immediately square does a brutal takedown kill
Try the network connection test in the network section of the PS3.Connected via ethernet cable now. Was on wifi earlier. Lets see how smooth it goes.

You can also do another triangle instead of square if you have a shiv. It's quicker.
I have been saving up the parts. Haven't decided which weapon to craft.
