Im aware of that, after all it paid for an ex car/yacht of mine.
Other companies have grown since then eg apple( IIRC are now worth more money than MS, which was unbelievable 10 years ago), google etc.
MS have lost their aura of domination that they had 10 years ago, since Ballmer became CEO. Whilst I cant say 100% hes the cause of this, the company certain aint the same MS of pre 2000

Sorta sensationalistic headline there, considering it's talking about market cap. The lists I'm usually used to seeing have HP at the top.
