E3 Predictions 2015

New year, new E3 predictions thread. I’ll kick things off with a few fairly easy guesses for Microsoft and Sony.

Exclusive Playstation Games:
- God of War
- Gran Turismo
- Uncharted 4 due winter 2015
- Media Molecule’s mystery game + Tearaway
- No Man’s Sky
- Street Fighter V
- Rime
- The Last Guardian (???)

Playstation Other:
- Morpheus due 2016, has recently been upgraded

Exclusive Xbox Games:
- Gear of War
- Halo 5
- Quantum Break
- Forza
- Perfect Dark
- Crackdown
- ScaleBound
- Fable Legends

Xbox Other:
- More services and applications added

Multiplatform:
· Rock Band
· Something from Epic
· Titanfall 2
· Final Fantasy XV
· Metal Gear Solid (2015 release)
· Mass Effect 4
· Lego Avengers

Has there been a leak/rumour about Perfect Dark? Halo is filling the FPS slot and Gears/QB/ROTR round out the TPS category so I'm not sure how PD would fit in the roster.

I wouldn't be upset with a new PD mind you. Janky as the game was, I still thoroughly enjoyed the campaign and thought the local multiplayer of PD0 was brilliant.

All the Rare rumblings recently make me think we'll get a Banjo reveal. I sure hope so. Mainline Banjo or a Nuts'n'Bolts sequel will do nicely.

Also, if there really is a Rock Band 4 reveal but existing peripherals are not compatible then I'm probably going to explode, taking out most of Europe and leaving the Earth pretty much uninhabitable for the next hundred years or so.

-Dishonored 2 revealed.
-Star Wars game from Visceral & Amy Henning.
-Media Molecule, Guerrilla Games, Quantic Dream, new IP.
-The Last of Us 2 teased
-Gravity Rush 2 coming to PS4 as well.
-Next Hitman game showed.

I will think of more...maybe

Easy predictions:

-No Nintendo conference at E3
-Another COD
-Another Assassin's Creed
-Kojima will announce that he will make an announcement about a project yet to be announced.

^It is too early for TLOU2 announcement. They will most likely leave that for PSX, which will be after the launch of U4.

edit - even PSX is maybe too early. ND creates games with 2 years of production. E3 2016 or PSX 2016 is more likely, for late 2017 release.

Unfortunately, Konami only makes phoned in PES games and Metal Gear nowadays.

I'm definintely expecting Guerilla Games' new game "Horizon".

Then Fallout 4 from Bethesda, since it's their first time they are doing a conference.

It think it's too early for gears. Black Tusk, were well into their spy game when MS canned it and farmed out the newly bought gears franchise to them. I'm not seeing more than a CGI teaser for a new gears game at MS' E3.

One thing I am pretty sure about though, is that Sony will show The Last Guardian at E3 (don't laugh, I'm serious). It's time this year.

For Vita, I just want a new Patapon before Sony gives up entirely on the console.

Nah I think those were KojiPro teasing because it was the game's anniversary or something.

They even later confirmed that it wasn't in production.

@Diehard. I think TLOU2 at PSX maybe not too far ahead. They were working on it IIRC but pulled the team to wrap up UC.

Plus everyone already knows that got the memo, the xDMA-fPU-FPGA-dGPU is going to be shown at GDC, along with how they hid it from both xrays and microscopes by paying off those companies to only dissect prototype chips that only showed the first three layers of the chip and not all seven. Intel will implode at the marvel of the stacking technology and the Guacamole APU from AMD will be unveiled as the sister chip to X1... How did I do?

I am going to go with Portal 3 from Valve in VR, they know we want something with a 3 anyway.
Dishonored 2

Media Molecule is due to show something, I hope.

Lionhead shows off its SciFi Ip?
Twisted Pixel will show off something.
Rare? Battletoads, RC Pro AM as a digitial title, and Kameo characters for Project Spark.
Quantum Break release date is 2020...2018...erm time is in flux here, it keeps bouncing around.

I really feel like this particular e3 will be the true getting over that last gen hump. All future games showcase will be using only modern techniques it will be awesome.
