Okay opinions .


1) xbox live is awsome and all the ideas I like . This seems like it will really be the killer app of x360 .

it 'seems' so, but we need to see what Rev and PS3 has instore.

2) backwards compatibility . While its nice to have it seems like it may end up being partial and only with the mega titles so i'm assuming emulators ?

that is a negative since Rev is BC to Cube and PS3 is all the way BC to PSOne! I am sure nobody will play PSOne games on PS3 but it is the thought and option that counts.

3) The games . Well from what i see they redeemed themselves . All the games were breath taking and for every beautifull thing sony showed , ms showed one back . Elder scrolls , gow , final fantasy . gotham street racing 2 all looked just as good as the sony demos .

final fantasy11 (if it ever comes) is an old game. it has been on PS2 for more than a year and a half. I want new offerings. heck PS2 will be getting FF12 in a matter of months.

and before you say "all looked as good" don't forget X2's best graphical showcase in video game history: PD0 !

5) japan , euro and usa launch all this year is impressive and will give them at least a 6 month lead on sony in all 3 major markets

defenitly a plus! like DS was to PSP, this will be X2's prime time.

Xbox360 is pretty impressive and games looks just as good as PS3 games shown...yet the only concern is that Xbox360 doesn't support any of the High-def movie format..i wonder it might cause some backfire if Blu-Ray really catches on.

it was shown literally moments ago in the x360 press conference, and peter moore himself said it was coming to x360 late 2005...

got it yet? because i'm not saying it a 4th time

no its coming to xbox 360 during its launch window of 90 days .

final fantasy11 (if it ever comes) is an old game. it has been on PS2 for more than a year and a half. I want new offerings. heck PS2 will be getting FF12 in a matter of months.

its still a mmorpg and from what i understand will be done also in the launch window not sure on that . But if true than the x360 will have a mmorpg in its launch window line up. Which even if its old with the graphical candy added on will make alot of people check it out and since it is old it will have a ton of content ready .

and before you say "all looked as good" don't forget X2's best graphical showcase in video game history: PD0 !

lets not forget that pdz is the only game we've seen people play 8 player multiplayer on . Heck its the only game we've seen played .

I simply mistook it for Heavenly Sword, which IS a PS3 exclusive.

So, did Team Ninja just stop working or what? Those DOA4 shots show little to no increase in quality over DOAU. DOA3 blew me away. How can the same team totally underperform given the same situation?

yeah i tought the same thing but in another hand i think that it is faithful to the "Team Ninja way of Art Direction", aka bland textures, lack of bumpmapping. Tecmo has always been pushing for a more cleaner, cartoony look to their game. IMO.

lets hope it has huge levels, more destructible environnements, and killer physics.
