from what major nelson said you'll be able to download the conference from xbox.com a few hours after... so i'd just stick with low res for now then download the high res later

You can tell it's not taking place in the UK. If you shoved a camera in people's faces like that over here you'd get some reaction, not just grimacing smiles.

Edit : Even the Japanese are showing more emotion than the USians.
