I can understand showing it with gore to get over any 'kiddy' kneejerk reaction to the cartoon artstyle
That certainly wasn't the case with me.

In the event that you can't get into any games, and/or don't have
any friends, we have a way of solving some of your problems. We're
creating a handful of dedicated servers that you can join and play
on to populate your Friend List. The servers are being hosted by
the following PSN IDs:
FPTitan1
FPTitan2
FPTitan3
FPTitan4
ServeU
Add these names to your friends list, and join their games.
They need an option to disable, as gore adds nothing to the game and is not everyone's taste.
Without further ado, we’re proud to announce that Fat Princess will make her royal appearance on the PlayStation Network this Thursday, July 30th for $14.99.
Fat Princess will be released simultaneously worldwide in N. America, Europe and Asia. A Japan release is also in the works, and we’ll have more information on that in weeks to come.
Why dont we sort a game out for thurday night? Could be fun!
I guess we'll just have to join the B3S chatroom and organize it from there
Thursday night what time zone ?
Count me in. Trying to finish as much work as possible now to make it.

Not as harsh as the Euro conversion. The Eurozone gets to pay $20 for this. JoyThe psychological gulf between ~$10 and $15... it's harsh!

One big worry I have is getting on the same team with one's mates. In the interview this question was raised but not answered directly. If we join a game, a B3D posse, is there a way to ensure we are grouped on the same team? Or will it be the brain-dead Warhawk experience where we're randomly split across sides? Part of the appeal of this game is discussing and implementing tactics. It'd be a bit rubbish if a group plan to go 3 fighters up front, rangers behind say, only to find the team is scattered across both sides.
Sadly I'm expecting it to be flawed. I am amazed how wrong developers can be with their implementation of the online experience! Especially when Live is forging ahead. Nothing needs to be invented here. Just copy the existing best implementation!
