With the absolutely massive splash that Sony Computer Entertainment made with its 2005 E3 press conference, we couldn't resist compiling as much information as possible about the system's upcoming games and putting it in one easy to use guide. After all, it's been less than two weeks since the PS3 was officially announced and there are already 34 confirmed videogames for Sony's next generation console. That's a hell of lot more than the PSOne or PS2 had in their coming out periods, that's for sure, and we still have plenty of time left before the expected spring 2006 release date. Now that's crazy!

Some good launch titles is what they need to kick things off......we don't wont a repeat of the PS2 launch. Only I a few I thought were actually good, but most of them were pretty dismal.

Interestingly enough I haven't heard any mention of a new Ridge Racer. Love it or hate it, it almost seems like a tradition for a RR game to launch with a Playstation platform.

Hmm, the only games out of that entire bunch that interest me are Warhawk and MotorStorm. I guess yet more console FPS, third-person stealth, racing sim and Japanese RPG games just aren't my thing.

the psp had 24 launch titles ? where ?

Well launch window.

ah okay i was wondering what i missed .

Anyway my sister is going to pick up the ps3 so i will let her buy the games and i will just play them . saves money hehe

Woah that's alot of FPS games. Who is buying these seriously? It's getting to the point where 90% of games involve "commanding your platoon" or "defending the drop ship" from the German infantry and/or alien scum. But they're both pretty much the same thing right?

How is it that all these video games center around the military but the army is having so much trouble recruiting? I guess people can just live out their fantasies of defending the beachhead in a virtual world instead of doing it for real. </rant>

I like Tekken 3 too! But it's a little outdated these days... I'm hoping they do Tekken 5 for the PS3 instead. :p ;)

While I meant to say Tekken (PS3), not just Tekken 3.
I'll probably end up getting a PS3 just for the new Tekken.

I have a weird feeling already that I'm gonna be getting an Xbox360, PS3, and a new HDTV within the next year or two.... :?

Are you an impulsive buyer? hehe.....

I plan on getting both consoles, within the next 3 years hoepfully. Unless I'm able to find the money tree :p

Both Consoles? Last time I checked there were 3 consoles coming out between now and the end of 2006! Is everyone in such a hurry to dismiss Revolution or something? I don't get it!

I disagree with mckmas8808 fan-like reasons, as I don't think I can get excited about something I clealry don't have enough information about (more specifically, what the games will be like, and what the rev's features are).

Of course you do, you always disagree with me. Little did you know you actually agreed to what I said. My point was people are dismissing NR because they didn't show much at E3, hence it being a disappointment.

30+ titles launch-window titles? Yea, sure. Call me skeptical but I highly doubt it.
