 at the detail and draw distance!!
The first pic, hard to tell if it's real or from a game if I didn't know.

Id this the GT:HD? It no longer looks like just an uprezzed GT4, but a genuine next gen GT.
The car looks so good, lighting and reflections seem quite natural, though there's still some improvement to be made because it looks a little "flat" due to everything being in so sharp focus.

Haven't seen the video yet, can't wait to see how it looks there.
Imo, excessive shadowing on the cars might not be too good idea. Too heavy shadows on cars would make them look like the light was coming from a single spotlight onto a car surface that's matte, while at the same time miraculously looking reflective.
The mistake many car games have made, is that they male the cars very shiny and reflective, while at the same time makint them receive very defined shadows.
I think that's just against physics. The more reflective a surface is, the less it can receive a shadow, at least that's how I'd think it to be (note to self: must check in real life)

Did they promise changing weather for GT:HD Premium too?
That would be awesome with those environments!!!

Now give me free roaming city tracks too, Polyphony. PLEASE!!!

Just outstanding. Polyphony raises the bar again.

I wish I could contribute more with this post but I have nothing more to say!

Bravo.

You can hardly see the trees, spectators and textures on those small shots  How can you say they look "horrible"?

Some people don't need to "see" things to "know" them. They just "know". It comes from the heart. You get what I'm saying here?

Okay seriosuly....
Stupid question. Since the title is "GT:HD Premium" can we assume that this monster will be rendered at 1080p? If so then that's just amazing.

I dont think there has been any confirmations on what resolution Premium runs at. But I guess its safe to say Classic runs at 1080p.

EDIT: That makes at least two different Ferraris :) Wonder how many we will get! And if we will get one in Premium? (I'm thinking yes)

The car model does. The rest...eeeehhhhh.I don't get it it looks like a fantastic 3d model pasted on an average stage.I mean these trees, ground textures,2d mountains, spectators all look horrible to me.

Are you kidding? The road looks fantastic, especially the way it blends into the dirt/grass. Not only that look at the mountains! As for the spectators you cant even see them in that clip. Whaa? Jeeze man!
