Supposedly has a clause to end contract if a spot from Red Bull or Mercedes opens up
looks like thats it for red bull racing, now the other team has to decide

Red Bull commits to Perez beyond summer break
Sergio Perez will remain a Formula One driver beyond the summer break and until the end of the year, Red Bull confirmed on Monday.
It's great news. The Williams is only really the 2nd slowest car when Logan Sargeant is driving. With Albon driving it's in that middle pack of cars where points are gettable with a bit of luck. They've been concentrating heavily on the 25 and 26 cars so hopefully Sainz can help them do a McLaren and get back to being competitive. Tall order though given their lack of infrastructure and inability to play catch-up on that front.
