Just got my new schedule and after a couple of weeks of working with my bosses over it I think we've FINALLY achieved a happy balance for all. I'm really looking forward to work this week, only 4 days and all the hours have been neatly arranged in such a way that I only miss two hours with my kids.

I wish i could be content with what i have. With me it just never ends. I think i'll never be happy.
Then again, did i mention i'm getting a huge promotion? That should keep me happy for the next 3 years at least!
