Resell it to XMR miner for silly price.Yet if you found a V56 at MSRP, what would you do with it?

At the rate things are coming into "in stock" status on NowInStock, I'd wager we're only a couple weeks from MSRP on these things.
Nah, in less than a week bitcoin will be over 10k again and the craziness will continue. At the rate things are coming into "in stock" status on NowInStock, I'd wager we're only a couple weeks from MSRP on these things.
Would be great if someone tested GPU culling on/off on Raven Ridge. It seems the benefits of GPU culling and DSBR may indeed be tangible the further you constrain Vega's GPU resources. Assuming Techspot used the 4GB 1030, and not the castrated 2GB version. We can see Vega 11 up to 80% faster than the 1030 in Wolfenstein 2. This is in stark contrast to the Doom results where the 1030 is slightly faster.

I think GT 1030's only come with 2GB GDDR5.Assuming Techspot used the 4GB 1030, and not the castrated 2GB version.
Except that last gen APU gets nearly as good numbers as Vega11 and beats Vega8 in average FPS in Wolfesntein, so it's not GPU culling & DSBR (they might be affecting the min FPS but it could be CPUs fault too on last gen)It seems the benefits of GPU culling and DSBR may indeed be tangible the further you constrain Vega's GPU resources. There are 4GB versions, but they are not many. Anand used one of them in his Vega 11 review:I think GT 1030's only come with 2GB GDDR5.
https://www.anandtech.com/show/12425/marrying-vega-and-zen-the-amd-ryzen-5-2400g-review/4we purchased an MSI GT 1030 4GB graphics card to compare against the integrated offerings, as well as testing AMD and Intel's integrated options.
Yeah, we don't know that for sure.Do we know they even have GPU Culling enabled in that bench? I mean, yeah they probably should, but it doesn't say anything.
New There is not a single one 4GB GT1030's available in retail, I believe. There is not a single 4GB model on MSI website. Not only MSI - I tried to find any 4GB model on Newegg, Amazon, Ebay. Even on Chinese sites and several online benchmark databases. Without success. Maybe they are available via OEM channels, but not in retail. Anyway, it's quite strange to use such product as reference.
Yeah I am now leaning toward that being the case. If such, then Woflenstein 2 results are self explanatory. The game loves VRAM, and the 1030 is massively VRAM limited with just 2GB.New Could have been a typo in the Anand review...
