It might. What about solar heating in the upper atmosphere/space though? And the heating effect from mechanical stress (when they carry up that Africa-sized McDonalds banner and one million McMoon burgers)?
It would, but the amount would depend quite a bit on the material it's made of, I think. It will probably not make much of a difference, but for some interesting wind patterns around it.
