Any reports of a US bundle? I sold my PS3 80GB PS3 a month ago so I'll be looking for a slim during the holiday season.
EU bundle should be a given, no question. US is unsure, but may well happen.
They (SCEA) did a bundle for MGS4. Yet they didn't do a bundle for FFXIII. Had they done one for FF I would be inclined to say that they'll do one for GT5 as well, but as it stands I'm not so sure anymore. Then again, maybe FF's multi-platform status deterred them, but that didn't seem to bother MS.
Or MS got an exclusive for the US FFXIII bundle while Sony got the same for Japan?
I agree that people reflected in the tv in this video look suspicious. EDIT: and even during gameplay, the seconds seem to take twice as long as on my iPhone's timer?
SCEI got the game exclusively in Japan. Whether it was through some negotiation or SE just didn't bother publishing it on the 360 there is unknown (so far as I'm presently aware, at least). An "exclusive" console bundle for a multi-plat game seems a bit odd, doesn't it? Honestly, I'm guessing MS just simply wanted to do a bundle. They seem more willing to do that than SCEA, even with multi-platform games (take the COD bundle, for example). I guess they could be some exclusive deals they worked out with the publishers.
http://kotaku.com/5469894/360-scores-the-only-final-fantasy-xiii-bundle-outside-of-japanMicrosoft confirms the March 9th release of a Final Fantasy XIII 250GB Xbox 360 bundle, noting that it's the only console outside of Japan to come bundled with the game.
At the X10 event in San Francisco today, the company revealed that the rumored Xbox 360 North American Final Fantasy bundle is indeed a reality, and it will include exclusive downloadable avatar items in the box. Microsoft stresses that the Xbox 360 is the only console outside of Japan bundled with Square Enix's latest, which is a pretty big deal for Microsoft. Especially when you consider the console isn't even getting the game in Japan.
According to this GAFer (and the videos in his link), the same level took 28 - 49 seconds to load, not a minute and a half. ^_^
Gif that shows deformation on Nascar cars

When you look at the video footage, the car hits the wall or safety rail, at something like 120mph ... and the car lights cover don't even explode from the impact or hang down. Just some mesh bending and texture covering (when you look at real races, an impact like that takes out the front bumper 95% of the time)
Yep I feel the same.To me that gif looks more like a cut together stages-of-deformation demo rather than an actual representation of what happens at crash time.
