The only one I know of at the moment is the instant game bundle for 299. Which is a 3G vita, ps+ for a year a 4GB memory card and a voucher for unit 13. I wish I could get my hands on that JPN sooul sacrifice bundle without paying up the wazzoo though.

Black blotches are normal, and so are the slightly uneven colors when the saturation is fairly low. I think it's a problem with delivering perfectly even currents to every organic Ied on the panel. know 4 people (including myself) who own a Vita and we all have these "issues". I'm parenthesizing issues because they are only ever noticeable in very specific circumstances, and only if you really look for them.
 
In the dark, a completely black screen will show green blotches for me. As soon as anything is displayed on the screen though, this is gone. So it has never bothered me.

Cool, I'll check it out. Will probably wait for the 20th announcement to see if they introduce any new service, bundle or accessories. ;-)

I don't mind the blotches either. I see them as wood grain. ^_^

The blotches and "wood grain" are different. The blotches scared me at first but cause one reminded me of what a cracked lcd screen looks like but after that it was fine. he wood grain is slightyl more disctracting to me but it is a game by game basis where you notice it. Aka I notice it on hexyz force and gravy run but not on Mana Khemia or Fate/Extra

- Phantasy Star Online 2 Vita service were shown, it starts 28th February and was showcased alongside the new Ice Silver Vita which was also dated for the 28th February (and will come bundled with PSO2).

PSO 2 is a popular free to play MMORPG, and will allow users to use their PC version data.

- Toukiden (Vita and PSP) (Trailer)
New IP from Dynasty Warriors studio.
Summer 2013 (in Japan).

New trailer for Soul Sacrifice.
Keiji Inafune from Concept also discussed development on the Vita,
said that it is easy to develop for, allows for pretty graphics and that they wanted controls that did not frustrate or confuse players, this
combination is only available on the Vita.
This game has been in development for 2 years already and is coming along very nicely
Also some Vita bundles with Soul Sacrifice bundled were announced.

Valhalla Knights was dated for 23rd May (Japan).
Trailer was shown off.

Eiyuu Densetsu: Sen no Kiseki teaser shown.
3D action/JRPG game with a free control camera system. The
character models are straight out of Japanese Manga and seem to mostly be Japanese schoolgirls with ridiculously short skirts!
Though you can also play as a school boy! This is very likely to be Japan only.

Gundam Breaker was discussed and confirmed to be coming for both PS3 and Vita and will be released in 2013, though no firm date was given.

God Eater 2 trailer. (Trailer).
God Eater Burst data can be transferred over to GE2 and God Eater Burst will be able to be transferred to Vita for free at the end of February (if you own the PSP version of course).
This is probably a Japan store feature, so when GE2 arrives in the west, it won't probably happen like that.

A new Dragon’s Crown trailer was shown off.
So it's still alive.

And they also announced Final Fantasy X HD is indeed coming to Vita.
Currently in development (no release date as of yet).

Some more trailers were shown for games, releasing between now and March.
But this is most of what people talk about. :)
Seems like pretty good offering for the types of games popular in Japan. :)

I tried the Trials HD knock-off for Vita, and liked it enough to buy the full version. It is really a Trials HD clone, no question about it, but I am enjoying it nonetheless, it steals many of the right things from the game (good leaderboard and ghost integration), it's a great fit for Vita.

It does really make me want to get a port of the 'real thing' though!

EDIT: oh yeah, and Persona 4 finally out here, got that too. Pretty special so far ...
