Nope unfortunately I am not. I purchased the first one but I didn't finished it. I' m not into trophy hunt so I guess I won't be selected as part of the EU beta members.
But I ve pre orderd Infamous 2 hero edition and I can't wait for this sequel.
 
There is a beta running already ? When's the release date for the game ?

The user generated world part is what I hope PS Home will evolve towards, but apparently I'm still waiting. :devilish:

Yes the beta is running from April 12. the members selection last till 19th. It's for testing the User Generated Content. The best contents from the players will be included as defalut missions in the game.
The full retail will be released June 7th normally. Same days as E3 begins.
 
Very nice beta gameplay, I like:). The amount of destruction and special FX are extremely meaty for an open world game, lighting looks pretty nice too.
 
Need to get my ps3 back online as soon as I get this game. You know what, PS3 without a frinedlist and a constant stream of demos and Betas gets boring :( ! I have bought and borrowed and enjoyed many games in the past two months, even though I get little time, but I think I miss my friend list, seeing who's playing what, hooking up for a randomn match or LBP stint and scrambling around for beta codes !

I think I'll give CFW a try before I go online again. Just came to know that u can play Doom1&2 on ur PS3 :D ! Sure would like to see that :D !

Back to Topic: I am seeing LBP kindof mood in Infamous with this UGC. Something that becomes a big time sink, and just gives you a smile as u sift thru people's imaginations ! :)
 
That's probably the biggest jump in visuals I've seen on this generation of consoles... :oops:
Well, the first episode didn't set the world of graphics whores on fire either! :LOL:
Sucker Punch have all the cards to produce a new benchmark for open world games. I simply hope that the spirit of what made the initial Infamous so fun and enjoyable to play is intact! :D
