How does MT Framework Engine compare with Unreal 3?

I think RE5 is still one of the prettiest games on the PS3. It may lack some of the minute details you can see in the 360 version (if you use a magnifying glass that is) and drop a couple more frames, but most of the time it runs nice and smooth. Heck, Killzone 2's framerate drops into the low 20s when things get a little too intense as well, it uses the same AA method and yet everyone is gushing about the visuals. Not to mention UE3 has its fair share of sub par PS3 ports as well. Even the more accomplished games such as Batman AA are inferior on the PS3 (and more so than RE5 in my eyes)

Engines are more than graphics art art art art art art art.

a) see Frameworks thread for all the info that we know already. (and some of you might want to check watch.co.impress.jp for a rather old but interesting feature on FW2.0 from last year)
b) we have UE3 presentations, and as well as those of other games that made use of it or extended it.
c) no one is going to be breaking NDAs here
d) there's been no actual technical discussion beyond what you think looks nicer. Not quite in keeping with the Technology Forum, but feel free to discuss your game art... preferences in the game threads.
e) A disguised Vs thread. Engines differ yes. Better worse, engines are made to suit developer needs. Throws too much variation in the design goals for Capcom and Epic.
