I'd get the VR headset for this game alone! Tomorrow I'll be playing hopefully. Everyone who doesn't have a wheel for this game (like me currently) remember that the game supports motion steering, which I highly recommend.

i was not too fond of motion control in standard driveclub but that might work better in VR, i'll try it tomorrow, game is downloaded and waiting.

Even actores with as little facial talent as Arnold!? :p
He's not that bad.

Looking forward to the VR demo included in PSVR.

played DC VR for about 30min and did not feel sick at all, even in the bac mono, getting up during the replay to look around, a nice experience !
A bit blurrier than i would have thought, but still great ! You feel inside the game.

They are probably too old for VR. I fear many old people (meaning adults) will never be able to get used to it. Its better they let the headsets to younger and more adaptable people or to people that luckily can stomach it.

Or had a broken headset.

Whoa. So I need to out this disclaimer when I do Psvr rental next month I guess...

"not recommended for age under 12 and over 30 "

" please remember that there's a barf bag under the seat "

" if something is too scary, CLOSE YOUR EYES, and say GIVE UP. Do not throw away the gamepad, PS move, and headset "

"Not recommended for age over 20 except if you are lucky or a videogame fanatic (like @Karamazov)"

Seconded. I burned out on 'sim' driving games with Gran Turismo twenty years hence so skipped DriveClub but the sense of presence in the car and on the road is great. Having only playing about 30 seconds of DC previously I won my first race in DCVR because, I think, it's simply much easier to get a feel for the weight of the car, inertia and speed. Feeling your way around corners, without having a adjust a camera, but just by quickly glancing, is great.

Next up the real test of nausea. RIGS. Will my 45 old brain be able to take it? :runaway:

another one

people focus only on the graphics, like it should have stayed the same as DC, but they must have put a lot of work into this to make it VR compatible, they deserve so much credit for this.
