That's good to hear Digi. Now, go get your flabby ass on a bike, elliptical, or treadmill for 30-45 minutes each and every day for the next 6 months.
 
I was gonna put the elliptical trainer back together in the basement later today as my project, had to wait until my 10lb lift restriction was over. I did NOT want to pop my femoral artery patch! :oops:

I wish it was summer, swimming laps would be better...
