Technically, Gears 5 has one of the best graphics at the moment. rtx 3080 benchmarks: ultra settings 4K 65-70fps. Series X: over ultra settings: 4K locked 60fps.

I think general common sense should suggest that if performance is similar to an RTX3080, then settings will not be.
