Out of curiosity I ran the original Crysis loaded up my last save from (2019) and the game was absolutely locked to 60fps had vsync on in game and gsync on in the drivers was actually disappointed it wasn't higher

You can lock it to 60fps in the first half of the game with relative ease, but when the aliens turn up you get drops well below 60fps and on the Ascension level you can still drop in to the 30's.

With the remaster 144fps is no problem.

I’m about 95% done with Shadow of Mordor. Had no expectations or knowledge of the game going in. At first I was a little disappointed how similar the gameplay is to Assassins Creed as I was already bored with that. The combat is extremely cathartic though and I’m having fun with it now.

I’m thinking of playing Mirrors Edge Catalyst next as a palette cleanser.

I love both Shadow or Mordor and Shadow of War. The combat is great, the orc voice work is stellar, the nemesis system is genius and the point where you get that new ability really makes both games feel very different to both Batman and Assassin's Creed, and it becomes way more tactical in terms of fights.

Shadow of War introduces war/fortress mechanics, but builds on the fundamentals of SoM.

Plus it has a sexy spider. 10/10!

So I was looking at the games section on the start menu and got to the Call of Duties I have 14 of them installed don't know if that's all of them on the p.c
and thought Call of Duty Infinite Warfare I don't remember that so I fired it up and played the first mission and really liked it so I might as well finish it.

I picked up Age of Empires Definitive Edition (remastered in 2021) for nostalgic reasons. The visuals and graphics are great. The gameplay is alright but still suffers from some weaknesses that make the game get boring.

Playing Elden Ring for the first time.

I am playing Elden Ring. Game is really incredible. They really nailed the open world aspect. I think (hope) many others open world games will copy their way of doing it.

I am also playing Fortnite. I am finally enjoying the game thanks to the no-build mode. It can be quite fun (I am winning plenty of times!).

Started MH Rise on Xbox S, as it is on gamepass - need to be careful with these MH games, as I get easily addicted to them and then I tend to suddenly black out until I wake up a couple of weeks later and don't know what happened, but when I check my MH account - someone mysteriously grinded all gear and decoration...

Trying some RT games now I have an RTX4070ti.....(Beast of a card)

Dyling Light 2 max settings + max RT at native 1440p (Image quality in this game has always sucked ass, can't find a way to turn off the TAA)

Generally I feel the game is way too saturated but at certain times of the day the way the lighting looks on the materials looks so good.

Battlefield 4 is now done so carrying on with Kena.

My only complaint with the graphics is the TAA isn't particularly good (As you can see in the grass in the first shot) and if the game could use 4xMSAA+4xTrSSAA it would truly look like CGI.
