worth noting that sales are sales but the stamina of sales are more important than initial boost in sales imo. initial boost are usually more of hype, whereas stamina shows how much interest the product has.

New update addresses in game AA issues? Is that even possible?

"Turn 10 has already released an update for the game that fixes the FSAA problem they were having with the game. As of right now jagies are barely noticeable in menu or in-game the jaggies you saw on the Mustang are probably the most i've seen in one area but go look at the Focus pictures in full resolution and you will see that theres almost no jaggies at all."

That's awesome! #1 problem with the GFX in the demo, and reading the thread, it seems confirmed by a number of people.

    Neat

I suppose it's no different than any networked game, but it has to synchronize the views specifically.

    Screen shot

I wonder why they place this screenshot. Is this from a demo or final game? You can see the front view through the gap between rear door and body! Physics I think is what will be great for this game, not graphics. I like the data presentations.

Huh? That car is a 2 door for starters...what 'rear door'?

I dunno, I like the graphics in the game, when I go back and forth from DIRT to Forza, they are both gorgeous games, Forza has better scenery, but DIRT has better lighting. Everyone seems to agree that DIRT is extremely nice looking, and Forza holds it's own in comparison, so I'm not sure why it's getting knocked.

    Rear door gap

I mean back door, for trunk, I apologize for this misunderstanding. But if these pictures are for final game then is very very average no? What teamxbox says about flat look is correct for my eyes also. Light, shadow and reflection has many mistakes also. Even forza 1 has shadows for car spoiler no?

Nothing looks even little bit real. For me it has a cartoon look. But everyone must have their own opinions on this. Maybe what they say is correct. Maybe they make graphics compromise for better physics. Maybe they cannot use CPU for compressed data to have better textures and models because they need to make physics calculations. No one can be sure but if this is why then this is for me a good decision.

My friend do you really like this graphics?

Those screens look blurry and compressed.

I like the graphics of the game I've been playing for the last 2 weeks. Play it yourself and let us know what you think.

Although they still don't do the GFX justice, here are some much better quality screens :

    texture

Textures still look not so great to me my friend. Pictures are not crisp for me. To me is like Forza 1 but 720P. Even RSC2 I feel has better grass road sides (IIRC). But this is only my opinion on graphics. I am sure physics is amazing. Graphics is not everything no?

Forza1? c'mon even a blind person can tell the jump in graphics from forza 1, specially in the draw distance...
and yes Forza is more about physics than graphics and simulation... but it does not look as bad as some people try to make it..

find a 360 and play the game on an HDTV

    screens are meaningless.

It's the same way with people who own a 360 and look at PS3 screens and say, that does not look as good as 360 and PS3 owners who have only seen a PS3 on HDTV and judge 360 by the screens and crappy movies will never truly realize how good most games actually look on an HDTV in motion.

Only those who have played both on HDTV's know how good most of these games really look.

screen comparisons are this gen's worst forum invention. ;)

The games is extremely crisp, and textures are excellent (though the decals are not the greatest.)

Forza has it's faults, but lack of crispness is certainly not one of em, that;s actually one of it's strengths, very crisp, very clean.

It's simple really, you just can't judge from screenshots, so until you actually play the game you're not getting the full impression. There's not much more to say really...

What do you think of these textures: http://i11.tinypic.com/53s0xp3.jpg
