Steam, Origin, etc Sales *

Yep, I bought BF3 and Premium at launch at full price. Number of hours logged online: 0 :)

The only other game I've bought full price in recent memory is Dawn of War II but I played the crap out of that as soon as I got it.

Just watch the publishers start complaining that Steam sales and not playing games quickly enough is "cannibalizing new game sales". Obviously spending time with your family or at work is "stealing from the developers".

You guys are destroying the games industry! It's only a matter of time until there are no more PC devs!

I'm equal opportunity. I still haven't even opened my copy of Demon Souls for the PS3.

Something tells me you guys buy some games you are interested in for full price.

It's more and more rare for me to be a day 1 buyer anymore. Titles I'm really anticipating like Skyrim or Bioshock Infinite are day 1 buys, but most other titles are via Steam or Amazon or GMG sales.

Skyrim was the last full price game I have bought in ages as well.

Full price...hmmm...if you don't count indies (for which I don't mind paying full price) Crysis 2 was the last game I bought on launch day. What a disaster that was.

I waited on Crysis 2 because I wasn't convinced of the thrill of the new setting. Still haven't beat it but it's not a bad game.

Not a bad game now...but 20 Hz flicker with Crossfire made it unplayable on my rig at the time...for the first 3 weeks or something.

Yeah, I bought Crysis 2 during the holidays; for the price I paid, it's a reasonably fun game. I still haven't beat it yet either...

I'm REALLY still waiting for Skyrim DLC to get cheap.

You could have gotten it even cheaper a few weeks back. GamersGate made a mistake in their pricing again and people bought a lot of 4-packs and then sold them separately at like $7-8 each.

Amazon is also having a big sale - Dark Souls for $ 7.50, ME3 for $5.99 etc. http://www.cheapshark.com/browse?storeID=3

Just a little warning, some EA games are Origin only...

I'd definitely be up for ME3 at that price but turns out Amazon only allows US customers. Bummer.

To all who are purchasing Borderlands 2, prepare to lose some sleep.

Also, hit me up on Steam. homerdog I am.

Wow, Dragons Lair on Steam with all remastered video. Now that's nostalgia.

Dragon's Lair has now been released for each and every single format possible; not bad, for a thirty year old game. :)
