I'm in that boat. Not into Harry Potter but the game always piqued my curiosity. At 15$ I may bite.

Theyve been going for 10 years have sold millions of cdkeys have support from visa and mastercard
I'd imagine if someone tried to buy 10,000 cdkeys with a stolen credit card Valve would be a little suspicious
Greenman gaming also have hogwarts for a similar price are they fraudulent as well ?
