You know what's worse? Apple, Google & Facebook owning those companies instead. At least we know where Microsoft & Sony sits.
Thank god its Sony and MS buying up gaming studios.

And that's the question regarding after studio Apple will go for example.For now . Other big players will start to jump in. For as much money as Microsoft has , Apple has more. It just remains to be seen who they end up purchasing. I actually think for them EA would be a good purchase (I'd hate it but it is what it is)
Prior to Bethesda and Activision, what/when were the last large, multiplatform producing game studio acquisitions by another console manufacturer?Why does MS get crap for something that has been standard industry operations since almost its inception.
What would Apple even do with a company like Bungie. Meh.
Sony just got access to a lot of players outside of their console platform, and that userbase will probably grow a lot after Bungie releases their future IPs. They are working on a new game for a while now...
Make a moon buggy...What would Apple even do with a company like Bungie. Meh.
Sure but play what, and on what device/hardware?Build high walls around it, for starters. Only Apple users can play with eachother.

Lol, not sure if this is sarcasm to history, so maybe I’m whooshing here;What would Apple even do with a company like Bungie. Meh.
It wasn’t sarcasm so thanks, I didn’t know all that!Lol, not sure if this is sarcasm to history, so maybe I’m whooshing here;
MS pulled Bungie in particular Halo away from Apple after it was announced for Mac and look where it got them for instance.
Given how large Halo and Destiny is, I imagine Apple can do some damage, especially with the way M1 has been going, and their dominance in mobile and tablet space.
and deny Destiny to MS
