Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 Reviews

"Only second to liquid metal"
As far as I can tell it's performance is 8.5w/mk that would make the above quote not true, thermal paste goes up to about 14.0w/mk

TPM7950 Specs
Hitachi (now Showa Denko) TC-HM03, used at least in Radeon VII, might want to have a word or two too, at 40-90W/mK (or effective 25-45W/mK)

I knew there was a reason thermal pads haven't taken over thermal paste
heres paste 11.8 wm/k vs a pad 35 wm/k

Too long didnt watch: the paste wins although the pad was pretty good
linus also tested a pad (Panasonic Pyrolytic Graphite Sheet) with a rating of nearly 2000wm/k it also lost

"Eyefinity" works pretty nice too.

Some day I wouldn't mind setting up 3x 4k screens for a 11,520 x 2160 surround gaming setup. That's going to need a LOT of raster power though.

At that point it'd be great if either NV or AMD allowed you to only enable DLSS/FSR on the side panels while the center panel was still "native".

You only need 12 PCI-Express slots for that, 3 for actual connection and the other 9 for space... 🤣

Oh wait. They don't have functional Multi-GPU / SLI support anymore, do they? :runaway:
