I tried to find my best result on SotTR at 4K highest to compare against in pure raster, granted it's with an older build and a 5800X instead of 5800X3D (but still GPU bound 100%)Over 3Ghz..... Amazing hardware. Here i am with my beasty 2080Ti . Your old 3080 poops on that it already
3080: 99 fps vs 4090: 204 fps
This GPU is beyond ridiculous.

Can we have some pure raster comparisons at 8K? I am trying to isolate the CPU bottlneck as much as I can.
Well the 3080 won't have a good time at 8K
I'm already running out of VRAM in some cases at 4K.
its like the bugatti chiron of the car world. Its rediculously capable in every sense, at a rediculous price. Even todays top of the cream fastests OC'ed gpus cant feed this thing. My 2080Ti is battling with a 3060Ti, the 3080 is very, very capable and the 3090 is simply a monster. 4090 is indeed rediculous. I stated before this is beyond high end, most higher end gamers are going to be happy with 4060Ti, 4070 etc class gpu's.
So uh, yea.. this thing is insane. I tried Elden Ring... at 7680x3200 Ultrawide... and it's 60fps locked
And you know I thought the size was completely ridiculous.. and it is... but my lord this thing is silent compared to my FE 2080ti..

Temps never go over 57'C and it's silent. I mean to me it's silent.. I'm so used to my 2080ti at 84'C with the fans 80%+ during these tests

Tempted to upgrade to a 4090 as well but the 2080 Ti is still very capable, especially since I only play at 3440x1440.Over 3Ghz..... Amazing hardware. Here i am with my beasty 2080Ti . Your old 3080 poops on that it already

3000+ easy enough. No voltage, 106% Power Limit because the Gaming X Trio only supports that in vbios and has the 3 prong adapter. +230core +800mem. Memory can easily go higher, I'm just not going to bother pushing things too hard. I mostly just need a new CPU. I'm gonna get a 5800X3D very soon here.

Run the 2007 release of Crysis if you can 
So 3x RT perf and yet not using SER, DMM and OMM

TPU has remade all of their testing using 12900K instead of the 5800X and the results were spectacular.
The 4090 gained 6.5% at 4K, 13% at 2K and 15% at 1080p .. some games gained some huge 20% at 4K, and up to 50% at 1080p! The 4090 does indeed expose a huge gap between Zen 3 and latest Intel CPUs.

At which resolution did you run the benchmarks?
Unlikely as slower cards will be less CPU limited.
