On that day, we’ll be holding a special press event on the Xbox campus and we invite you to join us via the live global stream that will be available on Xbox LIVE and Xbox.com. If you are in the US or Canada, you can also watch the broadcast on Spike TV.

On that day, we’ll share our vision for Xbox, and give you a real taste of the future. Then, 19-days later at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, we’ll continue the conversation and showcase our full lineup of blockbuster games.

We are thrilled to pull back the curtain and reveal what we’ve been working on.

Ars does good liveblogs, theirs was more stable and had more detail than the Eurogamer one (from my experience with the PS4 launch).

I think it's because they have more experience liveblogging at different things during the year whereas the gaming sites just do the three E3 shows.

Just about 30 minutes...

This is just awesome. Like 10 mins ago, there was one single huge peal of thunder right outside my windows. Looks like it took out my cable modem, or whatever central it connects to because the modem lost its connection and is trying to re-negoitiate and nothing's happening. Awesome timing, right before the start of the conference...

Luckily, I have an iphone, but 3G internet access is SO not awesome. Especially when I've become accustomed to a 200Mbit/s DOCSIS connection...

Huh. My xbox feed says it starts 10 minutes earlier than the xbox.com internet feed does.
