    Can't say I'm seeing that, Al. I just thought some bits of the screen wanted to be anaglyph 3D.

    Yes I can confirm that the PS4 version of Dying Light is indeed native 1080p (1920x1080).

    Verified vertically here (the car windshield, bottom right):

    But please don't make me do that again. Too much chromatic aberration, grain filter and other blurry post effects for my precious eyes... it burrrrnnnnnnns...:cool2:

    By the way Globalisateur, are you using own capsules? The screenshots from the ps4 version?

    He probably is taking capsules since the pixel counting damage to his retinas.

    I haven't tried yet, but could something like a photoshop edge detect help determine native res?

    Anybody like Global would want to tell anything about the resolutions from that vid?

    GS claims X1 and PS4 are at 1080, but I recall them titling the X1 version of a game 1080 before on a vid when it turned out not to be.

    Anyways I'm sure DF report will be out anytime.

    And soon reportedly X1 screenshots feature coming! I assume we can pixel count them. I cant find any framebuffer X1 evolve grabs on the web.

    The Big Alpha was 1080p PS4, and 900p on XboxOne. The beta tested by DF just weeks ago was still 900p for XboxOne. I haven't come across anything yet that suggests that has changed for the final version, but let me know if you do so I can update my database. :)

    As @Ike Turner wrote it's definitely 900p on XB1 (vertically and horizontally).

    Also we can notice the vegetation is more detailed on some (rare) trees in both PS4 and PC version compared to XB1 version. I have seen this difference at 0.14 and 2:07. Here is the 2:07 moment (we can also notice the difference of resolution on the geometry):

    Well I knew it was in the beta, just trying to confirm for the final.

    Also in the vid I couldn't readily detect a difference, which normally I probably can for a 900P game.

    Yeah the vegetation difference pops out at :14 but differences so infrequent otherwise probably essentially a bug.

    Super upscaled. I can't make an accurate count, but you're looking at about 2.5x upscale in both directions AFAICS, so around 500x300

    OT: Why? People play Bioshock on their BayTrail tablets* at 1024x768, which have more CPU power, but lower GPU power.

    *But not me, BioShock crashes on my Acer W4-820.
