It can still go bad. It is good to find what sort of bad outcomes there were. Not all are equal. For example maybe the bad is just having to wear reading glasses for <.5m or it could be a real problem.

And reading Digis link, stop while you are ahead 3 surgeries is ridiculous.

Yeah, it's a risk assessment thing for me. I know the odds against something going wrong are very low, but the consequences from something going bad are just to dire to outweigh the risk....IMVHO.

Don't gamble what you can't afford to lose, and all that rot.
