The real Superbowl was two weeks ago in Indy.

I'd have to agree there, far more exciting game and worthy of a Superbowl.

One nice thing about the Colts winning, I didn't hear a lot of reports about rioting/looting in Indianapolis...

Yeah Grossman shouldn't take all the blame for that game. The weather obviously was a factor and definitely limits what you can do on offense. I'd think the rain would make it easier for a defense but the Colts offense just flat out dismantled the Bears D.

I also think the Colts D deserves a lot of credit for their coverage. It's not that Grossman was making bad decisions but he has no options at all on a lot of those plays. None of the receivers would be open, the running game(other than a few big plays) didn't really go anywhere, and the offensive line spent more time running backwards than they did blocking.

Grossman cost the bears that game along with a poor D scheme.

The bears were in prevent defense half the time which left the middle of the field wide open. Hence RB yards passing and rushing, TE 1st downs and easy routes for WR's. Poor decision by the bears DC/HC.

Grossman's inability to secure the ball and inability to force the defense to respect him led to the Colts D crowding the line of scrimmage shutting down the run and short passing game.

I wanted to see the best of each team and felt seriously let down by both sides. Rain played a factor but that was just horrible.

Glad Dungy got his ring though.
