But doesn't Nintendo have a certain degree in dictating what the GC can be priced by retailers? Or its not applicable when stores have a sale?

The recommended price by Nintendo is 99€ (dunno about the UK, but probably 99£ ). Many are selling them for 89€ or 79€ though. I think stores can sell them at whatever they want, but it'm not sure.

Anyway 39£ is 59€ so it's not even that big of deal. Well maybe in the UK it is

Not when you factor in the shipping cost, insurance, power convert, etc and future hassle of importing only unless you get that disc allowing you to play all zones.

Calm down people this is just part of a big special offer from Index, nothing more They even had GBA-SP's for £39.99 (usually £89.99) and they're the best selling systems in the world so...

Now the GBA SP is probably worth shipping since it plays games from anywhere and o'cause its size.
