I guess this is 3D related... I finally got around to making a coax-spdif out for my nForce2 board. I hooked the AC3 stream to my DTT2500 5.1
GT1 32 and 64 sound tests are incredible! The best 3D sound i've heard,
props to the sound guy, well done.
I hope at least some future game titles, will incorporate exotic 3D positional sound. At least the sound guys have a relatively easier time immersing the player, than the 3D graphics guys.
(we don't have "Surround3D" graphics yet)
