I don't think that would be the case if the poster didn't have the rights to it in the first place.

Oh Yeah? Well bring it on... my IP is bigger than your IP.

Well B3D's is 216.180.225.194 which is a pretty big number. :p

Great! I'll communicate your address to nVidia, so that every single time I post a leak here, they contact you and not me. Not like they contacted me... Although they did contact Volt for posting it on the frontpage.

I never thought property laws would be so useful to me

Depends on the country laws ;)

No, because you signed up to B3D's terms and conditions when you registered.
Well, sure, i'm speaking in general. But i don't know what's the consequencies if the terms and conditions are considered nil in my country for ex. :? Hmmm, not really bother me :D

Yes I knew that... which brings me to a little anecdote.

A couple of years ago, certain members of a certain company (along with representatives of other companies) were invited to a soirée at an exceedingly prestigious location. When formally introduced to the 'hostess' and asked "what do you do?", a certain person answered "I P, Your Majesty"**

..... we were in hysterics afterwards.

** I could just hear the quote from Monty Python "and she smiled quietly to herself".

So where are those B3D terms and conditions that say everything posted here becomes your property? ;)

LOL, Dave. I just read them, and it obviously isn't on it :p

"We keep all rights to change the terms and conditions at any time, and may do so for specific users" - Hmm, maybe you should add that line, Dave? Would be practical, and very MS-like!

Did you see what the Inquirer wrote?!

THERE'S A FULL set of Nvidia NV35 specs in a post on NV News. The information is spookily similar to what our own John Smith wrote a few weeks ago.

Unbelievable...

MuFu.
