4200 at 300 MHz on a P4 2.4 seems alright to me then. If they can bump the core up to between 450-600 Mhz, it should be quite a good card, IMO.

Only if they want to include the famous Dustbuster (maybe that should be "Ear" buster! ) heatsink/fan.......

Actually, The Inquirer just posted some clocks for the NV35.
450/450 for the Ultra, 425/425 for the Regular.

Seems possible, considering the Ultra is a 256MB model and the Regular is a 128MB model ( they don't say this though - but I'm quite certain of it, not 100% though )

Well if the Ultra is 256MB and the non-Ultra is 128MB then theoretically it's memory should crap out at a lower clockspeed. Hmm... =\

A 25MHz difference between Regular and Ultra? I don't think so, unless Regular performance is still so bad that they need to OC it to make it look good against the 9800, and 450 is as high as they can safely go with a relatively quiet HSF.
