EA says "no dice"

This is the only thing i pictured when i heard that news:

EA.jpg

Pinky : " Gee, Brain what do you want to do tonight?"
Brain : "The same thing we do every night Pinky. Try to take over the videogame world!"

:devilish: I want Rallisport Challenge 3!!!

Vysez, your photochops rule, hehehe!

DI is an old (hm, well, relatively speaking I guess...) software house, one of the few we have in Sweden. I'm sad to see them taken over by a faceless monolith of a corporation like EA...

F***, that company has really grown humongously in the past decade, they didn't use to be THAT big! *shivers*

First, thanks for the compliment. Secondly, i agree, EA is really becoming a huge behemoth and that's definitely not good news.
We're still far from seeing the DOJ call for an antitrust investigation, so EA is not about to stop its insatiable appetite for take overs.

Who's next? Eidos?

Oh and, as i already said, i want my dammit Rallisport Challenge 3!!!!
And a Need for Speed Rally (Underground/Vietnam?) @22fps won't do the trick...

Next they will buy the USA, so that they will exclusively have the right to use American cities, backgrounds, citizens, products in their games. Or pay EA a fee for the use of American stuff.

Then they will buy the English Language, so they will be the only ones to have the legal rights to publish games in English. All other devs will have to publish their games in other languages, or pay a fee directly to EA for the use of the English Language.

Then they will patent the action of pushing buttons while looking at a TV screen while no EA material is being played, so that everyone will have to pay an hourly fee to EA to play other people's videogames. Or to push any kind of buttons while staring at a TV screen. Unless thay are playing an EA game that is. That would be free.

I believe the EA CEO is a hardcore AMIGA freak and just played Pinball Fantasies for the first time.
