Welp, that makes the Remaster a must buy now @$40. lol
So the list is out http://news.xbox.com/2015/11/09/introducing-your-first-104-xbox-one-backward-compatibility-games/ Largely seems to be a mix of XBLA titles and stuff that's been announced as pre-order bonuses (GoW titles, Tom Clancy stuff, AC II). I look forward to seeing analysis of GoW versus ACII just to see if 1st party titles get more love on the adaptation. Also the choices are odd ACII but no AC DiRT 3 but not earlier DiRT titles, very odd.
Edit: Cheers for the clean up mod! I tried adding extra tab characters but the entry box strips them out

2 games per line break in that list is making my brain hurt.
I've updated my Games with Gold spreadsheet here. Kinda bummed there is no Red Dead Redemption on that list. It was also odd that they announced Halo Reach & Halo Wars for next month. They also announced Skate 3, Call of Duty Black Ops, Bioshock Trilogy for next month as well. Why not release them now instead of waiting until next month. Personally I think the list is heavily constrained due to publishers not giving the OK.

I have gotten like 32 games out of those 104! My connection is going to burn these days, I am going to download a lot of stuff. and Bioshock series (very curious about Bioshock and the framerate, because it can be unlocked on the X360, I am VERY curious whether it achieves 60 fps or more on the Xbox One when unlocked ) and of course Call of Juarez (similarly it had an unlocked framerate on the X360, iirc, plus it's my favourite X360 game ever along with Skyrim) .
For those using the Instant-On function of the console, you might not be seeing your full list of backwards compatible games. In the support forums people are instructed to reboot [restart or power cycle] their console to try to get their full list of games to be refreshed.
If you have digitally purchased a BC X360 game and it doesn't show up in your Xbox One Ready to Install list, you will need to try one more step if you still have your X360 console, boot up the X360 and start playing the game (s) in question.
If that step still doesn't refresh your Xbox One Ready to Install List or you no longer own a X360, then you need to fill out a survey. From that survey, support will be able to troubleshoot the issue.

maybe that's why Trials HD doesn't appear on my list.. It's odd because I don't seem to be missing any other game that I actually purchased from the current list
