Sony PlayStation VR2 (PSVR2)

after extensive play of GT7 VR it definitely looks somehow cleaner
it's noticeable when you drive an open wheel with no windshield.

Interesting, better shadows in Metro even without patch (good example 12:10, on pro eating person has shadow on base not)

the game released the same day as the Pro, they might have some Pro enhancements ready.
Shadows is a not a feature that can be automatically added.

So ! Update is out, but servers are down, i could still try it with the simple limited race mode availabe...
Big new, you can toggle reporjection ON/OFF ! But to me the settings are inversted, when activated the reprojection is OFF, and vice versa, you don't have the reprojection blurring effect when setting ON(which is OFF), and it has more unstable framerate and some low res artifacts in the distance trees i noticed, but it still look clearer as the blur effect from reprojection is gone.

after more testing i don't know what mode i prefer, without reprojection the blur/ghosting effect when moving the head is gone, but you can see more artifacting, pixelisation on the edges, so both modes have pros and cons. But that does not appear in video recordings, only in the headset. overall resolution/details seem the same in both.

 - PlayStation®5 Pro support has been added, with the following features:
  ・ Added a mode that combines higher Image quality and frame rate performance by fully utilising the PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR) for PlayStation®5 Pro;
  ・Ray-tracing for reflections has been implemented during races. (Please note 'Prioritise Ray Tracing/Resolution' must be selected in the Display settings);
  ・Support for 8K resolution;
  ・Improvements to rendering quality in VR Mode;
  ・Smoother video motion in VR Mode by utilising the VR Positional Reprojection function.
