X360 Ditching Backwards Compatibility

Once the game starts you need to press the guide button again, and then stream your music again: Guide Button --> Select Music --> find your music either from the 360 hdd, a usb device with music (e.g. iPod) or the computer you have setup for streaming.

Note, that once the dashboard update hits, you will not need to do this anymore, as the music you were playing before you started the game will continue to play.

Thank you so much uno is so much better with out the elevator music. I can't wait for a day off to try PGR3 with a real sound track.

it works great with winamp playlists, just create some soundtracks you like, and save the playlists anywhere inside your shared folder, they'll show up under PC > Saved Playlists.

Never used win amp I just made a basic play list on window media player for now but one for specific type games would be a good idea. Put all my speed metal tracks on a playlist for racing games for example.

I guess I need to start downloading stuff like winamp just got my broadband a month ago after years and years of waiting. I need to find a list of must have free downloads to make up for the years and years I was on dial up.

Xbox live kicks ass and has made my purchase of a 360 well worth it so far.

what part of " well my mistake then" did you not understand?
I'm sorry man, I wasn't trying to be thick, I was just clarifying his position as I feel the same on the matter. Orignal Xbox games are last-gen technology-wise or any other way you look at it, but I still enjoy playing some of those games all the same which is why I'm dissapointed with how poor the BC on my 360 is.
