Why the discrepency in XB360 screenshots

15-20 hours would be fine imo . Half life 2 was about 12 hours for me and i had alot of fun .


What will really be fun about this i believe is the co-op the game seems to be heavly geared towards that
 
Aparentely at that level of detail.

BTW it is a very nice video, few new thinghs but a good img (for this kind), and insane Physics (if I am right without PPU, because the versin with the PPU had 6k rocks but it is a smal, visualy, diference)

600 to 6000 a small difference?! :oops:

The scene/experience would be totally different! Obviously "rocks rolling down a hill" is not much to write home about, but think of the difference with other things.
 
Yes, in this case it is a small diference.

But I can think in others here the diference would be really big, like a deathmatch in a spaceship, with mad gravity and lots of flying objects (deadly ones), and you need to have caution to not shot certein places or the ship would star to slowy suck everthing, that with a batle of 64p. Or batle in a city during a heartquake...

In that cases it would make diference, but I think that I would not see that kind of games for some time :cry: .

On PC, maybe not, but I'm quite sure both X360 and PS3 will be able to handle thousands of different objects with complex physics at any one time. Can't wait!

Well if PC can have 600, I hope that consoles can have, at least , 4-6 X (XB) that (~2400-3600), once that (in Flops) they do have that (in PS3 they may have more but with some trade off, I think). But others would, probably, want to correct me. ;)

If RARE said there's gonna be up to 9000 trolls on screen at once on Kameo, i'm thinking things are looking very bright. Even if it's just half of that i'll be happy.
 
Yeh , you are right, they if they want they could do that, I had forgot that, if each one have their own physics........ :D :D :D.
