They should be quick to pass a balanced budget amendment. If anything is going to destroy this country, it won't be gay marriage, but heterosexual divorce. Oh, and 1 second of Janet's tits.

But it certainly will be the rampant deficit spending we've had over the last two decades from Reagan/Bush/Bush II. We definiteyl should get a balanced budget amendment now, and leave provisions so that we can spend over that amount in times of duress, like wars and nautral disasters
