Deus Ex: HR is $7.49 today.

Just started playing it yesterday after finishing ME3 and I like it very much so far. It draws a lot from original Deus Ex and has a lot more of RPG elements than ME series . Recommended for that price!

Steam's got a sale going on Square Enix stuff, today was Dungeon Siege day so I bought the full series for €12.50. Pretty OK price for three decent-enough games. I only played the original, and not too far in, so there's much left to discover. :p

Worth it for the first 2 in the series. The 3rd one is really bad and is absolutely nothing like the first two. Too bad it isn't like usual package deals where you can buy them seperately as well. I'd be willing to repurchase the first two even though I still have the disks for them.

Regards,
SB

I'd rebuy the second one if it was available separately and with the expansion. Some companies don't like money it seems.

Oh. Well, that's disheartening to hear I guess! Still, it's not a terrible price for the first two, even should the third blow chunks. I've not tested it, maybe I'll still like it, I dunno. :)

I wouldn't say the third one is bad at all. Granted, I didn't have to pay for it, but won a copy on Twitter, but after playing through twice, because the characters have really different gameplay, I even bought the DLC and I almost never do that.

Also, the game picks-up when you have more active skills available and is much more enjoyable that you can tell just from the demo.

I just got a 50% off coupon for Assassin's Creed Revelations for no apparent reason.

I think everyone on Steam did lol, some got lots of the same coupon.

Bah I didn't get one. :p I can wait until the Holiday season sales hit though. :) Too many games to play, expecially with Diablo 3 soon and hopefully GW2 soon after that.

Regards,
SB

I have 8 coupons for AC:R. I wasn't planning on using it (them) and there's even talk of an AC: R Complete Edition coming to Steam soon-ish so I wouldn't recommend it. In any case, Steam support closed down my ticket asking what was the deal with the multiple coupons so if any one wants a free AC: R 50% coupon let me know but don't come complaining if they end up banning your account! They are good until April 1st

I wonder if it's a good game. I quite liked the first one and got scared off after that with the DRM weirdness. But if it's cheap enough I can get over the DRM.

Revelations is probably the worst one. Still a decent game, but the revelation is so big, that you don't even need to know what happened in it :)

It's worth $20, but not much more.

I played the Rain Slick Precipice of Darkness episodes 1 and 2. Pretty funny I thought.

The first 2 are adventure games with a mostly timing based combat minigame, I liked them well enough ... short though. The last seems to be a "J"RPG with pixelart, I'm not interested in either.

Origin is also doing 50% discount on most of their games (Mass Effect 3 included).

Wasn't there someone from EA claiming that they wouldn't do game sales because that was bad for developers?
