Guys this is a sophomore in high school physics problem, the coriolis effect and anything due to rotating frames is tiny. The only time you really want to include those effects are when you are talking about trajectories on the order of miles (eg a gunner in a gunship type problem).
We can be arbitrarily ridiculous and include special relativity effects too.
